Bible verse:
Hebrews 12:27–29 (NIV) -- 27 The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, 29 for our “God is a consuming fire.”
My take for today:
Our God is a Consuming Fire.
My prayer:
Father, You are a Consuming Fire, the Lord of Fire, consume everything that is not of Your making in my life, replace with Your burning Dire in my body, soul, and spirit from day-to-day until all see You, living in me. In the name of Jesus. Amen!
