My take for today:

Trust and obey.

Pray:

Father, I thank you for waking me up with a song, trust and obey: 

• [Refrain] Trust and obey, for there's no other way to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.

• [1] When we walk with the Lord, In the light of His Word, What a glory He sheds on our way; While we do His good will, He abides with us still, And with all who will trust and obey.

Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

My take for today:

Be honest in dealing with God.

Pray:

Father, help me not to blame others for my dereliction, but to search myself to see if there are any sins in me and then lead me to an everlasting response; in Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and great in mercy. The Lord is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works.

My take for today:

The Lord is merciful and gracious and full of compassion.

Pray:

Father! Let your people say, today: we will give thanks to the Lord for His Grace, Mercy, and Love to all.  And, let the moon, the stars, and the constellations reflect Your glory and let the trees clap for joy, in Jesus Christ, Amen.

My take for today:

Rejoice in the Lord always is a command.

Pray:

Father! Let me shout, today, I will always bless the Lord, and His praises will continually be in my mouth. I shall boast in the Lord, and those near and far off shall hear it and rejoice in the Lord of my deliverance; in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

My take for today:

Lord Help me grow in grace and the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Pray:

Father, the Apostle Paul declared Your matured children as those led by the Holy Spirit. Lord, help us grow in grace and the knowledge of Jesus Christ such that we will be teachers and mentors to those who are babies in the Lord.

My take for today:

Every good and perfect gift comes from God.

Pray:

Father, 

I thank You for helping us to see beyond the natural and the physical into the realm of the Spirit where our spiritual eyes access those things that are ours; or we wait with patience for those perfect gifts as promised in this world or the world to come; in Jesus name, Amen.

My take for today:

Living by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

Pray:

Thank You, Lord, for the grace that saved me through faith in Jesus Christ.  Lord, I pray for multiplied grace and multiplied favor in my day-to-day living, loving, and dealings with people who profess to be Christians, yet who are not in Christ.

My take for today:

Be a witness for GOD!

Pray: 

Father, I thank You for another year to be a witness unto You in this world of hopelessness. Father help Your people to take off the spirit of heaviness as we start 2022. I pray for my brothers and sisters struggling with depression to be released by Your Word. By the guidance of the Holy Spirit, bind and pluck out the spirits of depression, suppression, oppression, and all forms of intimidation; in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen and Amen.

My take for today:

The Blood of Jesus Christ is my protection.

Pray: 

Wash me, O Lord, with the Blood of Jesus Christ and clothe me with His Blood, against all forces of darkness as I seek Your protection. Father, I know, I cannot defeat my demons and Goliaths, but you can. So, Lord, lead me by the Holy Spirit, consciously and subconsciously in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

My take for today:

Protect yourselves from the evil-one.

Pray: 

Father, I thank You for the blood of Jesus Christ and the gifts of the Holy Spirit to rout the enemy of my life -- my spirit, my soul and my body.  Lord, this morning, this moment, I cloth myself with the blood of Jesus Christ and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I pray for the deliverance of my family, relatives, and friends; in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

My take for today:

Our growth in the Lord depends on the Holy Spirit.

Pray:

Father, 

Help me to work out my new life with fear and trembling that which you have gifted me in the Spirit to fulfill Your mission accredited to me. Thank You for being my source of fruitfulness for a sure and abundant harvest.

My take for today:

Without the Holy Spirit, there is no true worship.

Pray:

Father, 

I thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit to lead us into true worship. Lord, help me to worship You in spirit and truth.

I may speak in different languages, whether human or even of angels. But if I don’t have love, I am only a noisy bell or a ringing cymbal.  ... if I don’t have love, I am nothing.

My take for today:

Without love, given by the Holy Spirit, I am nothing.

Pray:

Father, I thank You for the spirit of love, which is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Lord help us to serve You in love, offering ourselves as a living sacrifice of love; to preach, teach and heal in love by the Holy Spirit.

My take for today:

If you are a believer, ask for the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Pray:

Father, 

I thank You for Your exceptional desire to give us the Holy Spirit if we ask of You. Lord, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ for the baptism of the Holy Spirit and His empowerment to pray, teach and heal.

The Spirit can make life. Sheer muscle and willpower don’t make anything happen. Every word I’ve spoken to you is a Spirit-word, and so it is life-making. But some of you are resisting, refusing to have any part in this.

My take for today:

The Word of God is Spirit and Life.

In the pursuit of a complete life, Lord helps us to know that Your Words are Spirit and Life. Father, let Your Spirit of life through the administration of the Holy Spirit be our source for true life to dispense to Your people; in Jesus' name, Amen.

The apostle Paul describes Jehovah as “the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials"; and has assured us that no person is beyond God’s help and that no tragedy is so great that our Heavenly Father cannot comfort us. 

My take for today:

Our God is the God of all comfort, compassion and care.

Pray:

In our struggles for the answers in sorrow, Father, I thank You for Your assurance that You are with us to the end. Lord, You are the God of all comfort! Comfort us O' God, help us to withstand the tides of the testing of our faith in You Father God, in Christ and in the Holy Spirit.

My take for today:
The gifts of empowerment by the Holy Spirit.

Pray:

Father, may I say thank You without any reservations for the gift of the Holy Spirit to help our infirmities as we are faced with temptations, sicknesses, hardships of this world, along with ego and self-reliance to solve the issues of each given day. 
Lord, in Your delight, help us when we are faced with our struggles in this life of darkness, pride and deceptions coming from the flesh and forces of the evil one. 

Our desire is to worship and serve You, Lord God, only. 
In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

My take for today:
The gifts of the Gospel: preaching, teaching and healing.

Pray:
With the spirit of humility, Father, I come to You this morning to thank You for the gifts of preaching, teaching and healing, given to Your servants. Now, Lord, I  release the power of the blood and voice of Jesus, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to cleanse and heal Your people as they confess and repent of their sins.

Christians are the lights of this world.  

Father,  I thank You for bringing us out of darkness; equipping us to be an embodiment of the Light of this world; and to be like a city set on a hill, that cannot be hidden. 

May we reflect Your Light & share Your Agape love everywhere we go.

Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. “It is written,” He said to them, “‘My house will be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’”

My take for today: 

The Church is not a marketing entity. 

Father, I thank You for making us Your living temple by the death of Your Son and by the giving of the  Holy Spirit.  Father, take control of Your church, throw out all those who are buying and selling and money-milking Your people, in Jesus' name,  Amen.

My take for today: 

The cost of ignoring the Words of the salvation of spirit, soul, and body is a foolish expense. 

In the consciousness of salvation of my spirit, soul, and body, Father let me say thank You Lord for saving me, opening my eyes to the knowledge of self-deliverance, by the power of the Holy Spirit given to me, to experience life in victory.

God will lead us as we seek the deliverance of our brothers and sisters living in the kingdom of darkness.

Father, I thank you for delivering Your people, Israel, from Egypt to the Land flowing with milk and honey. 

Lord, fill us with the Holy Spirit and lead us by Your pillar of cloud by day and by Your pillar of fire by night as we press to open the Fish gate and Dung gate of deliverance, to those living in darkness, suppression and oppression of the enemy.

Father, send Your Word to heal and rescue me, my family and your Church in this world of sin and shame.

Father, I bow in adoration, thanksgiving and worship to You, oh God, the creator of everything: the moon, the stars and the constellations. 

Oh Lord, our God, send Your Word of deliverance today to heal and rescue us from all our destructions, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

... Lift your hands and give thanks to God for His marvelous kindness and for His miracles of mercy! ... Bring your praise as an offering and your thanks as a sacrifice!

Ephesians 6:11-18

Put on God’s complete set of armor provided for us, so that you will be protected as you fight against the evil strategies of the accuser!

Pray passionately in the Spirit, as you constantly intercede with every form of prayer at all times. Pray the blessings of God upon all His believers.

My take today: 

I will put on the blood of Jesus Christ to fight the good fight faith.

Father, thank You for the joy of salvation, the knowledge that You are watching over me in the morning, at noonday and night while I am in a state of unconsciousness wide open to the forces of principalities and power and forces of darkness of this cosmos. 

Father, empower me to fight in my conscious and unconscious state, to fight the good fight of faith, covered by the blood, with the strategic guidance of the Holy Spirit to bring down the forces of evil against me, my family and those You have placed under my watch. 

Thank You, Father, for listening and answering my petition this morning in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

The Lord is my Rock, He will deliver and strengthen me.

 

Father, please allow me to use Hannah’s prayer to You this beautiful morning:

My heart rejoices in the Lord; in the Lord, my horn is lifted high. My mouth boasts over my enemies, for I delight in your deliverance. There is no one holy like the Lord; there is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God. Do not keep talking so proudly or let your mouth speak such arrogance, for the Lord is a God who knows, and by him, deeds are weighed. The bows of the warriors are broken, but those who stumbled are armed with strength.

My take for today: 

God is willing to sanctify us wholly, spirit, soul and body.

Father,  in retrospect, l say thank You for Your grace, mercy, protection and endless blessings. Because of these, let me use the songwriter's words to start this year to say:
  Take my life, and let it be consecrated, Lord, to Thee;
  Take my moments and my days, let them flow in ceaseless praise;
  Take my hands and let them move at the impulse of Your love;
  Take my feet and let them be swift and beautiful for Thee;
  Take my voice and let me sing always, only for my King;
  Take my lips and let them be filled with messages from Thee.

[3] For HE will rescue you from the snares set by your enemies who entrap you and from deadly plagues.

My take for today:
The Lord is my coverage; He will protect me from deadly pandemics.

Father, I thank you for protecting me in this moment of endless attacks of pandemics. As I start this new year 2022, Lord, I pray for multiplied protection, multiplied grace and blessings as I walk in the Light, allowing the Blood of Jesus Christ to protect me from covid variants, like omicron and the likes of those to come, in the name Jesus Christ.

Lord, Reveal Yourself to Your people. 

Father, I thank you for  revealing Yourself to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Moses at the burning bush. Father, silence any demonic voices or impersonations of You. Now, Lord, reveal Yourself to Your people who are called out of darkness, to fellowship with You in the light, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
